Due to the handmade and limited nature of our garments, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

All one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.

These garments are singular works and cannot be exchanged or reproduced.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order pieces are final sale once production has begun.

If you need to request a sizing adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Ready-to-Wear (If Applicable)

If applicable, ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

    •    Unworn

    •    Undamaged

    •    In original condition

    •    With tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement (if available), or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
