Maison Majdou is an independent design label producing handmade, one-of-a-kind and made-to-order garments. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website or its content without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information & Availability

Many Maison Majdou pieces are:

    •    One-of-a-kind (singular garments that will not be reproduced), or

    •    Made-to-order (produced specifically for the customer upon purchase).

Due to the handmade nature of our garments:

    •    Slight variations may occur.

    •    Colors may vary slightly due to screen display.

    •    Natural materials (including leather and hides) may contain inherent markings or texture variations.

These are not defects — they are part of the garment’s character.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies.

Payment must be received in full before production begins on made-to-order items.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Made-to-order pieces require production time. Estimated timelines will be agreed upon during the ordering process and production will begin once payment is processed.

Maison Majdou is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including imagery, designs, graphics, text, and branding — is the property of Maison Majdou and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maison Majdou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
