Processing Times

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Production timelines for made-to-order pieces are on a case by case bases. A specific timeline for your order will be discussed and agreed upon during the ordering process. Shipping occurs once production is complete.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are shipped via standard tracked carriers. Delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination. Customers are responsible for:

    •    Import taxes

    •    VAT or additional fees required by their country

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Maison Majdou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
